An Editorial Apology from the NY Times

The New York Times just issued an editorial apology for its role in promoting the Iraq war. Although they opposed our unilateral invasion of Iraq, they believed the intelligence estimates that said Iraq's weapons of mass destruction were a real threat, and they are making a public apology for not examining the evidence more critically.
